These black strap buttons are to be added to an instrument so a strap can be attached to your dulcimer. Using a strap (available here) allows you to securely hold the dulcimer at the optimal position on your lap, while keeping the instrument safe from sliding off your lap and landing on the floor. Our strap buttons and screws are available in chrome finish, black finish (this page), or gold finish.

I like these Strap Buttons. The Kids & Grandkids like to pick the color for their Dulcimers.

Dulcimer parts.

I needed to replace some tuning pegs on an old dulcimer I own. I found just what I needed at folkcraft instruments!
I also purchased two strap buttons for the dulcimer.
