Would shop here again.
This order completes my string inventory. I now have strings for changing most of my dulcimers, at every string gauge. More economical to order in bulk than individual string packets.

This book opened a new phase in dulcimer picking for me. and at a good price.
Nice collection of intermediate tabs from a master player/instructor. Great part of anyone’s collection.
I love this quick release dulcimer strap! The only wish I would have would be to have some attractive patterns. But it does the job and I am very pleased with the purchase.
Ordered several sets of strings. I was wanting to make some changes to some of my instruments. Folkcraft has a selection!!
Excellent craftmanship and quality! Beautiful sound much more than I expected! Well worth waiting for, was built exactly as wanted it to be. Can't praise it enough.
I have found the position dots from Folkcraft have always been top line dots. They are consistent in size and quality.
I like the strap a lot. it is convenient to use.
I am learning how to cut and shape nuts and saddles in my engineering maintenance course. So I purchased some and tried it out and it works fine. So I showed my neighbor how to cut and shape a nut for his kit ukulele. He did a great job for knowing nothing. He was just a little hesitant in sawing and sanding. But this material is so inexpensive that you can afford to make your own.
There is a relationship between total air hole area and body cavity volume. My 4 1-1/2” sound hole area is too large. So I am attempting to reduce the sound hole area through the use of rosettes. This should shift the tone more to the bass notes. Plus, they are just mighty attractive. So this was a trial to see if I could cut and glue the rosettes in place.
My main instrument is classical guitar and I have recently picked up dulcimer. I am right at home with these thoughtful soothing arrangements.
The kit is excellent , all the parts fit well. It was a joy to build it yourself . Now I just have to learn to play it . Thank you Folkcraft for a fine product . D Kitson
