I called Folkcraft with an unusual request: I needed a modest amount of 0.018 inch yellow brass wire for restringing my harpsichord. The gentleman at Folkcraft assured me that they had the wire in stock and that it was in fact suited for use. I got the order in 3 days and found that it was exactly what I needed. It worked as expected, and- the best part - it was cheaper at Folkcraft!
