Adding a strap to my Dulcimer was a game-changer. It eliminated the balancing act and struggles of keeping it still. It worked 100% with my playing style. It's also well made and quite beautiful:-)
Loved the quality of this strap. Nice leather ends, and the quick-release is such a smart design.
I ordered the 2” strap and find it very well made and useful for stabilizing the dulcimer on my lap. The quick release buckles are handy. On the 2” strap they are a bit bulky though. If you have arthritis you might find them tricky to unclip.
I bought this strap when I ordered my custom built dulcimer. I decided to try it out on my "old" dulcimer and found it to be comfortable, easy to use and well made. I recommend it!
I really enjoy my Dulcimers. I have a California and a Kentucky (Walnut). I purchased the CA first and a few months later got the KY. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Recommend these if you are looking for quality!
