Steve Eulberg - Dulcimer Joy: Exercises For Developing Right Hand Facility And Comfort

Build a reliable, relaxed right hand with Steve Eulberg's Dulcimer Joy. Using Beethoven's Ode to Joy as the melody throughout, these 30 exercises work across three octaves with a variety of meters, picking patterns and chord substitutions, and they're written to sound like music rather than drills. Steve's "home position" approach builds fingerstyle accuracy and confidence, and the exercises work just as well if you play with a flatpick. Recordings of every exercise are included, so you can hear how each one should sound.
