Black walnut top, back and sides give this Resonator dulcimer a warm, full tone, set off by a bright padauk fretboard veneer. A traditional scroll head and chrome open-gear tuners. Three strings, with low action, high action or a nut for both, in standard DAD or set up as a baritone or bass, at a 22 3/4-inch scale, finished to your order. Built by Jim Ash.

String setup
Three strings with low action, or three strings with high action, or three strings with a nut that will accommodate both high and low actions.
Standard DAD tuning is the most popular setup, but this dulcimer can be set up as a baritone or as a bass, if you prefer.
