Folkcraft® Black Coated Mountain Dulcimer String Set, Ball Ends (.011" .011" .013" .024"BW)

Since discovering these strings, I haven't used anything else. Like them a lot.

Just put these on my vintage cherry Folkcraft dulcimer. I absolutely love them! Not only do they sound great, they are much easier on the fingers, and easier to see on the fret board. . A joy to play with these strings. Thanks for the efficient customer service and for a terrific product.

This is my first time using the Black Coated String Set and I am pleased with the result. They have a lovely sound and are gentle on my fingers. I will buy them again.

Unusual strings. I find them ok but somewhat harsh (or is that brilliant) in tone. They tend to squeak when sliding fingers between frets. The treble string was very fragile and broke twice as I was putting it on.
