If you are looking for pure tone and virtually no squeaks when playing your dulcimer, then this set of dulcimer strings is right for you. A special winding on the bass string greatly reduces finger drag and noise. This set of 4 with loop ends sounds great and has a long life as well. The strings in this set are .011, .011, .013, and .024RW (roller-wound). You can't go wrong with Folkcraft strings, and this string set is no exception! Enjoy!

These strings work amazingly well on the 4 string Lap-Jo because they have loop ends & actually the Roller wound strings have a smoother feel than the stainless steel wound strings plus the frets won't get scratched, but either way they still have that banjo twang due to that drumhead.
