The original walnut fret board that was shipped had two small imperfections one in the nut cut and another on an edge. Folkcraft sent a free replacement the same day that I notified them. The new piece looks great. Thanks

The dulcimers were a hit!
I ordered the dulcimers as part of our study of Appalachia; making them was a selling point. My students, grades 6,7 and 8, assembled them (we did get the prepared fret boards) and had a great time learning to play them.
