Question Of The Week: What Should We Name This New Instrument?
You'll want to read the "What's Going On In The Shop" portion of our newsletter to be able to contribute to this week's question. In case you haven't already, here's a handy link for you to read.
Finished yet? You better be, because we want to know...
What should Folkcraft name this new instrument?
Something that gives homage to the original body designer (Weissenborn) would be nice, but isn't necessary. "Dulciborn" is taken. So is "Dulcibornagain," unfortunately. Ideas?
Let's give this new baby a name!

We'll compile your responses and hopefully be able to come up with a name to go along with our newest instrument. If we get a big enough response, we may put the naming to a vote. Who knows, the person who names the instrument may even win a major award!

"Great !! - this would be a great addition to your line of instruments - For those who want a dulcimer with greater size and plenty of volume - this would satisfy that request - I would prefer a five string - with two D bass strings Middle string A and two Ds on the melody - Name - How about FC Dulci-Weiss or just Dulci-Weiss. I believe you have a winner and am looking forward to seeing one when completed."
