This beautiful rosette pattern resembles a curvy, winding road. This rosette, made of maple, may be used for hammered dulcimers, psalteries, and other instruments to add beauty and texture to your instrument. These maple rosettes are 1/8" thick and are available in both 2 3/16" diameter and 1 1/2" diameter.

Viking Dulcimer

Prefect fit for my new dulcimer.
Bought the Folkcraft teardrop Dulcimer plan and have been building it for a few weeks. Added a Galax back and Journey tek pick up system. Hand carved Viking head. Turned to baritone, A-E-A. Honduras mahogany top, sides and backs. A walnut end and scroll. Mango wood for fret board and accents.

Beautiful rosette

These rosette's were beautiful and easy to with the correct size forstner bit. They added a very nice touch to my instrument and have gotten multiple compliments.

Our rosette was used as decoration for a newly built wooden table lamp. It looks lovely.
