Folkcraft Player - Bill Cole
I bought this FolkRoots D from Richard at the Ohio Valley Gathering several years back. I played it a bit then it found it’s way into my closet for a few years.
When Covid hit and the world shut down I began to play. It’s a wormy butternut soundboard and black walnut body and I couldn’t be happier with it. A beautiful tone to match such a beautiful instrument.
I just lucked into dulcimer number 2 from Warren May and I’m starting to think about what my next Folkcraft dulcimer will be. I’m enjoying the music and especially the comradery of the teachers I’ve found and the friends I’ve made.
