Pixie Wright - Diatonic Baritone Mountain Dulcimer Chord Chart

Item Number 90725262

Regular price $8.00

This mountain dulcimer chord chart is written specifically for a diatonic three string baritone (tuned AEA) mountain dulcimer. Our chart includes 42 of the most commonly used chords - pretty much everything you can get from a diatonic mountain dulcimer with the 1.5 and 6.5 frets added.

And that's only the FRONT of this two-page, laminated chord chart. The back tells you the actual notes used to create the chords. Examples: A Major = A, C#, E and F = F, A, C. The back also includes a handy diagram that shows the first 10 frets, with the notes created on each string, at each fret.

If you want to play chords on your diatonic baritone mountain dulcimer, then you're going to want this chart. You could probably figure this all out yourself, but this chart will save you a LOT of time and effort, giving you more time to make music on your dulcimer.

Good reference chart.

You get both chord numbers as well as actual notes of chords. Sturdy laminated chart but a bit pricey. It’s nice to have this information on a double sided card.

Nice!

We got this for my husband, who's just getting started playing dulcimer. It's nicely done. We like the fact that the 1-1/2 fret chords are also included. A helpful quick reference for all chord-melody players,
