Our kantele carrying case (which can be used for most any comparably-sized instrument) is made of heavyweight black nylon. It features a soft nylon interior (Cordura on one side of the inside, so your tuning pins won't poke through the padding), a generous exterior pocket, and it even comes with a shoulder strap.

This case measures 31" by 17 1/2", outside dimensions. This bag will fit finished instruments up to 26" long, 12 1/2" wide, and 3" deep (including zither pins and other hardware). If this case won't fit your instrument, we'll be happy to make one that is exactly the size you need.

As an added bonus, our kantele gig bag even includes a Folkcraft Instruments logo, classily embroidered on the outside pocket.

Small Dulcimer Case

It was a beautiful case. To bad it was way to big for my psaltery. I had to breturn. It would have been excellent for a bigger instrument.
