It's the only dulcimer strings I use
Wow this is the 1st time I've played a 4 string Bass Dulcimer with the Doubled Melody String (and 4 Equidistant Strings), it almost sounds like an Oud, quite an eastern twist.
It was time. My dulcimer had lost its ring, and that means new strings. I ordered a set of four loop end strings for my mountain dulcimer. I put them on, tuned her up and the ring was back! She sounds great!
6 strings in 3 pairs gives it a nice ring. I was thinking of a version with 5 pairs of strings (10 in Total) called "MaxDAD X" because it would sound cool.

Very nicely made carrier, fits my dulcimer perfectly, has an extra pocket to carry needed items, handle is on nice and tight, zipper is high quality and works very smoothly, the material is exceptional and I have no doubt this carrier will last forever! It is light as a feather but so protective and it is no trouble to put the strap over my shoulder to carry it. I forget I even have it on. I think the logo let’s everyone know there is a musical instrument inside.

As an avid listener to Jay Ungar and Molly Mason's weekly Facebook Quiet Room, there were several songs they played that I wanted to learn. One week they mentioned there was a book with their dulcimer tab for the songs I wanted to learn. I found the book at Folkcraft's website and ordered it. Now, when Jay and Molly play the songs I like, I can play along with them. Folkcraft was also very prompt in getting the book to me.
